Eggheads: Netbots inviting a bot to a +r (Undernet) channel

Apologies, if this isn't the right forum for this question.

Currently if a bot wants to join a channel that is +i, the bot wanting to 
join the channel, will request an invite from the other opp'd bots via 
netbots.  Likewise if the channel limit is to low, it'll requests a limit 
raise from the other opp'd netbots.

However if the channel is +r (On undernet this only allows registered nicks 
into a channel), the bot not in the channel does nothing.

Does anyone know, what changes need to be made (if any can be made), to the 
netbots.tcl to cover a bot requesting a netbots invite if a channel they 
want to join is +r.
