I think you can't ask other bots to invite you as +r works
differently. On Quakenet it means you have to be authed with a
OperServ (Q), a special bot that has special features, and no one can
help you unless you create an account and authenticate.

The only thing that could be done but is very undesirable is perhaps
setting the channel flags to -r letting the bot join and then set +r
back.
