I got it few times by e-mail, I got curious and I was observing what
it does under vmware.

Yes, I'm sure it's a different program. Is written by some Chinese
author and it only runs on windows.
I think I mentioned it earlier on this or eggdev list. At that time I
even gave address to website that described how to use it (list of
available commands etc).
